6 Local HR Professionals Receive SHRM Certification Scholarships
JANESVILLE, WI. —Six human resource professionals were named recipients for the Black Hawk Human Resource Association’s (BHRA) Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification scholarships.
The 6 represent a diversity of HR roles and companies in the greater Janesville area.
BHRA offers up to $3,000 annually in scholarships to students pursuing undergraduate degrees and to HR professionals pursuing SHRM certifications. This year they were able to offer scholarships to all 6 applicants.
“This is a group of highly motivated HR professionals who are clearly looking to elevate themselves and our profession,” said Andrew Marcotte, who facilitates this BHRA’s study group and is the President Elect for BHRA.
