The Chapter adopts SHRM's Code of Ethical and Professional Standards in Human Resource Management for members of the association in order to promote and maintain the highest standards among our members. Each member shall honor, respect and support the purpose of this Chapter and of SHRM.

Blackhawk HRA Chapter Membership Info

Blackhawk Human Resource Association is a 100% Chapter. You must belong to National SHRM to become a member of our Chapter. Membership on both the local and national level, gives you full access to a wealth of services and programs, that can broaden your skills and make you more valuable to your organization. You will be part of the largest professional organization in the world that is dedicated exclusively to the advancement of the human resource management profession. Prices for the various memberships are as follows:

National Membership Dues: Pricing for both professional and student national membership can be found on the SHRM website accessible through the "Join Today" link in the graphics above.

Local Chapter Dues:  Dues for professional members are waived and dues for student members are waived. If your primary local chapter is Blackhawk Human Resource Association, you will register and renew the local chapter membership through the SHRM national website, using the "Join Today" or "Sign In" links in the graphics above. If you are a member of multiple local chapters and Blackhawk HRA is not your primary chapter, please contact us at [email protected]

Monthly Meeting Fees:  Members have the option of paying for each monthly program at the time of each meeting as costs will vary depending on the type of program. Payments are accepted via credit card or check. 

Guest Chapter Meeting Fees: There is a per meeting fee for Professional guests. Payments are accepted via credit card or check.
